The Training Institute empowers educators, coaches, community organizers, and parents to effectively facilitate our Reducing Sexism & Violence Program (RSVP®) curriculum. Through intensive, multi-day training, you'll gain the skills needed to lead courageous conversations about masculinity, gender equity, and violence prevention.
Participants receive a comprehensive facilitation guide, ongoing support from our staff, and access to a growing network of RSVP facilitators across the state.
